ToolKraft is committed to protecting your privacy. All of our tools process your data locally in your browser — your inputs are never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.

2. What We Collect

We collect minimal anonymous usage data (tool name, visit counts) via our analytics system. We do NOT collect or store the content you enter into any tool. We collect your email address only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.

3. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication (admin users only). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services like Google Analytics may set their own cookies — you can opt out via browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database storage (subscriber emails, contact messages, blog content). Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. We use Cloudinary for image hosting. We use OpenAI APIs for AI tools — inputs sent to AI tools are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days. Blog content is retained indefinitely. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@toolkraft.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of ToolKraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
